The Firm

A mid-tier firm built on the plain-spoken practice of law.

Malinga & Mpofu Legal Practitioners was established in September 2016 by its founding partners, Mr Lozithelo Mpofu and Mr Hlabezulu Malinga. Since then the firm has grown from strength to strength under the guidance of the Partners, and today practises from a head office in Bulawayo and a branch office in Gwanda.

We provide personalised legal services to a wide spectrum of clients — from individuals and small enterprises to large firms, companies, banks and local authorities. Our philosophy of understanding the real needs of our clients provides a sound base for the legal services we offer.

Our Vision

To provide clients with skilled legal advice in a timely and efficient manner, handling each matter with accountability and responsiveness — as if we were representing ourselves.

Our Standard

Integrity, service, excellence and teamwork. Not a wall plaque — the four tests we apply to every file that crosses a desk in this firm.

How We Work

Four values, applied to every file.

01

Integrity

We lead by example in all we do. We set the highest goals of honesty and ethics, and we hold ourselves to them when no one is watching.

02

Service

Our work is handled timely and efficiently. Deadlines are met, calls are returned, and you are told where your matter stands.

03

Excellence

Our work reflects our best efforts, never less. We would rather decline a brief than deliver something we are not prepared to sign.

04

Teamwork

You are our client. To achieve your goals we operate as a team — internally, and with you. The best results are achieved through that collaboration.

Our People

The practitioners you will actually deal with.
