Malinga & Mpofu Legal Practitioners is a mid-tier law firm in Zimbabwe with its head office in the city of Bulawayo. The firm was established in September 2016 by its founding partners, Mr Lozithelo Mpofu and Mr Hlabezulu Malinga. Since its establishment the firm has grown from strength to strength under the guidance of the Partners.
We provide personalised legal services to a wide spectrum of clients ranging from individuals, small and large firms, to companies and institutions such as banks and local authorities. Our philosophy of understanding the real needs of our clients provides a sound base for the legal services we offer.
We are a committed team of lawyers duly registered with the Law Society of Zimbabwe as legal practitioners, conveyancers and notaries public. The firm is also duly registered as an Estate Administrator.

Our vision is to provide our clients with skilled legal advice in a timely and efficient manner. We strive to handle each matter with accountability and responsiveness, as if we were representing ourselves. The firm is founded
Mr Lozithelo Mpofu leaves Messrs R. Ndlovu & Company and Mr Hlabezulu Malinga leaves Messrs Job Sibanda & Associates to open Malinga & Mpofu Legal Practitioners in Bulawayo.

The practice broadens
Professional Assistants join the firm, bringing big-firm litigation, labour, commercial and academic experience to the practice.

A second office opens
The firm establishes a branch office at CIPF Building, Gwanda, extending its reach across Matabeleland South.

The firm practises across litigation, conveyancing, labour, commercial, estates, family, mining, debt collection and notarial work, and is registered as an Estate Administrator.
